We get on a call
Before your program starts, we jump on a call so I can ask follow-up questions, understand what's really going on, and make sure we're building the right plan from day one.

Weekly check-ins keep you progressing
Every week you submit your check-in — weight, training notes, how the diet felt, photos. I review everything and update your plan so you never plateau.
